• It takes a long time to make Chicken Dum Biryani, but if you are fond of eating non-veg, then you will like its taste. 

    You will like to make chicken dum biryani made using spices without changing color once. You can make this at a party or special occasion.

     

    Ingredients of Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe

    500g Chicken Legs

    For marination:

    1 tsp red chili powder

    2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

    1/2 cup yogurt

    1/2 tsp turmeric powder

    1 tsp coriander powder

    1 tsp garam masala powder

    1 1/2 tsp salt

    For Rice:

    A pinch of saffron

    1/2 cup milk

    2 cups of water

    5 cardamom

    3 cloves

    1 Dal Sugar Stick

    2 mace

    2 large cardamom

    5 black pepper

    1/2 tsp salt

    1 cup basmati rice

    1 tbsp ghee

    1 tbsp coriander, chopped into pieces

    2 tablespoon fried onions

    3 almonds, sliced

     

    How to Make Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani Recipe?

     

    Grind the chicken in a bowl and add marinating spices to it and let it marinate for 4 hours.

    1. Mix saffron in a cup of milk and keep it aside.

    2. Now to prepare rice, discard the saffron, and put the ingredients in the washed rice.

    3. Cook it for 3.10 to 15 minutes.

    4. Heat ghee in a pan and add marinated chicken and also cooked rice.  Add saffron milk, coriander, fried onions, and chopped almonds and mix well.

    5. Allow it to cook on low heat, cover it with foil for 20 to 30 minutes. 

    (Allow it to cook until the water dries, the chicken and rice are completely cooked.)

    6. Now open it and mix the rice well. You can serve it by adding some rose water on it.

    Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe

     

    Everyone likes rice, but add green vegetables to it and make a casserole, then it increases its taste and nutritional value. Then make a green casserole of green vegetables. In this casserole, ghee will also be used very little because a lot of people want to eat less ghee.

     

    What are Ingredients for Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe?

     

    Basmati rice - 200 grams or 2 small bowls

    Lemon-1

    Desi Ghee or refined oil - 1 tablespoon or less

    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

    Cloves - break into 3-4 pieces

    Large cardamom - 1-2 peel and take out the seeds.

    Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)

    French beans - 50 grams or 15-16

    Capsicum - 2 finely chopped

    Cabbage - 50 grams finely chopped

    Green peas - a bowl peeled

    Green coriander - half bowl finely chopped

    Salt - as per taste

     

    How to Make Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe at Home?

     

    Wash Pulav rice thoroughly and soak in water for 1/2 hour.

     

    Here, I am sharing two types of processes.

    1. If you want to make it in the microwave

    2. If you want to cook rice on gas

     

    If you want to make it in the microwave:-

     

    Put the soaked rice in a bowl kept in the microwave and add twice the water to it, and add lemon juice and salt, now cover the rice, and cook it for 12 minutes in the microwave. 

     

    After seeing the rice, you will know that the rice has cooked. Take it out of the microwave, and open the lid.

     

    Put the pan on the gas. Add ghee and heat, and now add cumin seeds, after cumin turns brown, add cloves, cardamom seeds, and green chilies, fry for a minute and now add all the green vegetables and salt. 

     

    Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now cover the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. 

     

    Remove the lid and see that the vegetables are cooked lightly. 

     

    Now add rice to these vegetables and roast them for 2 minutes while stirring. A casserole is ready.

    If you want to cook rice on gas: -

     

    So put ghee in the cooker and heat it, now add cumin seeds, after roasting cumin add cloves and cardamom seeds and green chilies and fry for 1 minute. 

     

    Now put all the vegetables. 

     

    Fry for a minute, and now add rice and fry again for 2 minutes. 

     

    And add double the water from the rice, now add lemon juice and salt. 

     

    Turn off the cooker. 

     

    As soon as the pressure comes in the cooker, turn off the gas. 

     

    Open the cooker after 5 minutes. A casserole is ready.

     

    Take out the casserole in a bowl or a large plate. 

     

    Garnish with green coriander. 

     

    Serve with pickle or green chutney.
